The most expensive pipe is the one you can't reach.

Every building hides pipes behind plaster and screed. When one fails — and after fifteen years, one can —

the leak might be the size of a coin. The repair is the size of a room.

Floors up, walls open, tiles gone, all to reach a fault you were never meant to touch. Livoplast is built so you never pay that price.

03 — Product

Two pipes. One job each.

Livoplast is a pipe inside a pipe. A PE-RT inner pipe carries your hot and cold water. A corrugated HDPE sleeve wraps around it — taking the load of the screed and the wall — and never grips the pipe inside. That loose fit is the whole idea. The day the inner pipe needs replacing, it slides out. A new one slides in. The wall never knows.

  • Replaceable inner pipe — renew it without opening the wall
  • PE-RT built for hot and cold drinking water, up to 95 °C / 10 bar
  • A corrugated sleeve that shrugs off screed, plaster and time
  • Red and blue — hot and cold, clear at a glance
  • Made to ISO 22391

04 — The System

Look closely: it's the gap that matters.

  • Inner pipe — PE-RT

Carries the water. Flexible, tough, safe for hot and cold drinking water. Up to 95 °C short-term, 70 °C day in, day out. 10 bar.

  • The gap

The inner pipe is never bonded to the sleeve. This sliver of space is what lets it move — and what lets it be replaced.

  • Outer sleeve — corrugated HDPE

Takes the punishment of the screed and the wall so the pipe inside never has to. A permanent channel that holds the way back in.

05 — Replacement

Replacing a pipe shouldn't mean rebuilding a room.

Because the inner pipe is never fixed to the sleeve, renewing it is three moves — and none of them involve a hammer.

Three steps: the inner pipe disconnected, pulled out of the sleeve, and a new pipe pulled back through.

Drag to replace the pipe

1. Disconnect

Free the inner pipe at the connection.

2. Pull out

Draw it out through the sleeve. The sleeve stays exactly where it is.

3. Pull through

Feed a fresh pipe down the same channel. Water's back on. The wall never moved.

07

The questions installers actually ask.

Why two pipes instead of one?

Because a single embedded pipe is one you can never get back. The sleeve protects the inner pipe and keeps it free — so years from now, it still comes out.

Does the sleeve slow the flow?

No. Water only ever travels through the inner pipe, sized for full flow. The sleeve stays outside the job.

Does it really still slide out years later?

Yes — nothing bonds the pipe to the sleeve. The channel stays smooth, the pipe stays free, for the life of the installation.

What if the sleeve is crushed in the pour?

The corrugated HDPE is built to take the weight of screed and plaster, so the channel — and your way back in — stays open.

Is it slower to install?

No. It arrives ready-made in coils, red and blue, and lays in like any flexible pipe. The advantage is built in; the effort isn't.

08 — Quality

Made to be trusted where it matters most.

This pipe carries drinking water and disappears into a wall for decades. We make it to earn that.

  • Raw materials that earn their place

Selected for strength, heat resistance and safe contact with drinking water.

  • Consistency, coil after coil

Held to the same dimensions every run, so every metre fits and seals.

  • Checked through production

Inspected at each step, so only sound pipe moves on.

  • Pressure-tested before it ships

Every batch is pressure-tested — because a pipe should be tested here, not in your wall.
